Volunteer Need: 2:30pm-5pm in Madison unloading bikes

On Saturday, October 25th from 9am – 1pm, we’ll be joining our friends in Milwaukee for an epic bike donation drive with a goal of collecting 1,000 bikes! With the support of Kiss 103.7 FM, Tri City National Bank, and Pick ‘n Save, we’ll be collecting gently used bikes of all sizes and styles to refurbish and provide to people facing financial instability.

The bike donation drive will take place at the Pick ‘n Save parking lot at 2201 Miller Park Way, West Milwaukee, WI 53219.

This will be a drive up event where volunteers will help remove bikes from your car. Bike accessories and parts will also be considered.

The bike donation is just the start of the journey. Your financial donation helps support the refurbishment and tune-ups so all bikes are safe and reliable to ride. Bike repairs and parts are costly and your financial support makes this program possible. Any amount helps!

In Madison: 30-40 volunteers needed to unload bikes from 2:30pm to 5pm! Kids ages 8+ are welcome. (Please only register children 12 years old or older.)

Gently used bikes of all sizes and styles are preferred. Gently used can mean flat tires, broken brakes, or torn saddles. Full sized bikes and kid bikes are needed. Bikes will be refurbished in Madison then returned in the spring to the Milwaukee area to reduce transportation barriers for people in need.
